A mix of Wellness and Creativity!
I’ve been writing for years now, and it’s always been a passion of mine. But lately, it feels like a chore. I sit down and force myself to write, but the words don’t flow like they used to. And it’s not that I don’t enjoy writing anymore; I still do. But sometimes, it feels like a struggle. Maybe it’s because I’m trying to force it too much. I’m only at a temporary creative burnout.
When I was younger, fear was something that held me back from a lot of things. It wasn’t until I started setting goals for myself that I realized how to start conquering those fears. However, I believe that fear can also be something that motivates us to achieve our goals.
Comparing yourself to others can be destructive if you’re not careful. It’s easy to get caught up in what everyone else has and forget what you have. If you’re always comparing yourself to others, you’ll never be happy with what you have. You’ll always be looking for something better. There are things in life that are more important than looks. Things like happiness, love, and contentment. Don’t let comparisons ruin your life.
We all know how hectic life can be. Our minds are constantly going a million miles an hour and we’re always juggling a million different things. Sometimes, we just need to hit the reset button and recharge our batteries. And what better way to do that than by spending a wordless weekend?

It’s happened to the best of us. You’re out with friends and having a good time when one of them points out your new look or judges you on your new hair color. It’s an innocent comment, but it still stings. You try to brush it off, but you can’t help but feel hurt and embarrassed.
Knowing how to have a hard conversation without sounding rude can be difficult. You don’t want to lie, but you also don’t want to hurt the other person’s feelings. Here are some tips to sort the debate out.
